Jeremy & Jamie Wells are founders and owners of Imago Dei, LLC ~ Custom Murals, Faux Finishes and Fine Art a Houston based decorative arts company with a team of highly skilled artists. Jamie is a native Houstonian who received her BFA in Illustration from the Rhode Island School of Design and studied classical painting through RISD in Rome, Italy. Jeremy is originally from Ventura, California where he started painting murals professionally. He then started Imago Dei and moved to Houston to join Jamie in marriage, work and life. Together they form a passionate team who has been commissioned to create works of art all over the country. They are both actively involved in their community and their church where Jeremy is an elder. They both serve on the board of Xnihilo Art Gallery. Jeremy and Jamie travel whenever possible to Italy and elsewhere to study art and landscapes. Jeremy and Jamie enjoy many outdoor sports and participate regularly in local golf tournaments. Imago Dei is an ASID Industry Partner and a member of SALI. Imago Dei has participated in many award-winning homes including two of last years Prism Award winners in the two highest value categories. In 2005 Imago Dei opened a new 3,000 sq. ft. showroom and working studio in northwest Houston.
